Weekly Roundup

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have come to the end of another eventful week here at Chalkhill. The school’s leadership team have been involved in different forums this past week where we invited new families to our lovely school community amongst other things.

A special thank you to all the families who joined us for our Early Years meet the teacher sessions; equally massive thank you and appreciation to the parents who have indicated that they are willing and interested in volunteering in different parts of our school day.

Year 4—Year 6 was entertained and reminded by 6K of the importance and impact of being courageous and having an adventurous spirit. We were treated to amazing acting and sharing of historical facts. Well done to the staff and children for their inspiring messages and Well done to all the adults and children from 6K. Thank you to all our families for ensuring good punctuality and attendance.

Have a meaningful relaxing weekend.

Many thanks,
Mr Cloete.

Dance from Equador!

It’s Equadorian Week this week at Chalkhill Primary School, and to start the week off with style, we all enjoyed a fabulous traditional Equadorian dance performed by our amazing guests.

After the performance, our dance duo instructed the children on how to perform the dance themselves. It’s going to be a fun packed week so look out for more to come.

To watch the dance, press play.
