Dear Parents and Carers,
We have come to the end of another momentous week at Chalkhill Primary School. We have hosted several visitors to our beautiful school including representatives of the Local Authority. All the guests had positive opinions about our school community.
Talking about our community; this week we conducted our Autumn term parent evenings. This was overall a resounding success. It was a massive pleasure to welcome so many friendly faces and stop to talk to many families. We have made a good start as a community; long may it continue. A massive thanks to our staff and families who took time out to discuss our biggest asset(s): our lovely motivated children!
We were also treated to an amazing, fun filled and informative story telling session to celebrate Black History month. Thank you to Alim, our storyteller and Ms Matthews for organising this dynamic session of assembly and workshops.
Next weeks assembly will be performed by Class 2H on Friday 15th November.
Have a meaningful, restful weekend.
Kind regards
Mr Cloete
