Enjoy Half term!

Dear Parents/Carers,

We have come to the end of our first half term together as a new senior leadership, and with me as headteacher. It feels like the 7 weeks have flown by. There has been so much to take in for all parties concerned; it has been exhilarating to say the least. Thank you thank you to everyone for welcoming the new senior leaders, new staff as well as myself. This week we welcomed new house captains after they made impassioned speeches about their vision for Chalkhill. Congratulations to the captains and vice-captains who were elected. We look forward to working with you. Today 3C presented their assembly which taught us that big dreams begin with small steps; with family support one can achieve anything in life. A massive thank you to the staff in preparing our lovely children and also our families for their warm support. Well done 3C. Our next class assembly performance will be by Class 5O on Friday 1st
November.

Starting from week commencing Monday 28th October we would like parents to book lunches for the children on Eduspot app on a weekly basis to avoid waste. Please note we will start the Autumn Term 2 on Menu 1 and alternate the following week to Menu 2.

We wish everyone a restful half term break! See you back on Monday 28th October.

Kind regards ,
Mr Cloete
